Subject: Alaskan Earthquake could be reduced from 10.0

The "Melt Down" will start slow like the shrinking of glaciers in Alaska. The leaders of financial institutions have known for their entire life that "image" is everything since they left the gold standard. The image of a service economy changing into Tourist economy tells the circle of life to change from the ones doing the eating to those being eaten. We elect men who represent values we have sold out decades ago.
Then we tell them these men change the system and make it work fairly. We end up at war. Why does this happen? Because in the course of life war has settled the short term problems by giving long term problems which make the former enemy business partners. The conditions are changed by war and stop the reason for waging war against our new best friend.
The president is stuck in a place where he should not be. Why because he tried half steps, he went with confidence because he had the leading of Christ and acted on it.
But he stopped listening to the Christ within for the paid religionist without. These men you seek counsel from are frauds. They are liars, thieves and fools.
They will have their backs laid open and serve a 1,000 year sentence of servitude. And they will count themselves blessed because they taught everyone who disagreed with them would go to hell because it caused people not to be afraid of them and they lost revenue by teaching the truth Which they already knew from the FIRST time they took money in God's name they had no right to.
And if they told the truth they would be seen as exactly what they are NICOLATIONS & IDOLATERS.
These are the men you trust Mr. President, men who in the secret heart of where they are naked before God beg to be forgiven about not obeying the instructions of the Hidden Book and thinking the sin is covered by the Blood of the Cross?
Christ said that the righteousness must exceed that of the Pharisees in order for the Blood to cover them. This is the only sin that will be held accountable for Mr. President all other sins are forgiven because they belong to the children who don't know the truth. Shepherds are held account table as Hirelings, they will be whipped.
After the ministers are whipped Christ will start on government leaders. You will not need any faith to obey the Hidden Book Mr. Bush. What faith does it take to watch North America change its coast line exactly as predicted because you was too fearful to correct and pay fine againstthe State of Alaska which would cost less than a trip to any west coast city for you on a Holiday? What will you tell Christ when asked about the 10 point earthquake you could have prevented.
"You thought it was a scam"?
So you disobeyed instructions and caused a 12. Point earthquake because you knew it wasn't a scam but was just pissed off and wasn't going to buckle under?
I think we have a failure of communication here. In this corner we have God who made the world and in your corner we have You.
I stand in the middle because I said yes when he asked me to do something for him. Not Knowing what it was. Telling the most powerful man on earth that he must sit down shut up and obey, is not an assignment one would call a dream assignment.
Apparently he had to destroy part of my brain to do it. So I have no problem. But once I tell you what he wants it becomes a big problem for you and your staff. Recently you changed e mail addresses.
I don't know if the secret service is aware of the change so I will include this message in both e mails with the code words from 3 years ago when I notified you of the Hidden Book and prophesies you ignored.
Now is the first time I am advising you that you will be held accountable separate from the Paid Religionist because you know in your heart you did wrong and if you continue doing so will lose the place of Honor Christ wanted for you.
I once told you that Christ wanted to make your star higher than Reagan. Reagan will go down as a better president than Washington. The simple fact your staff uses themselves as buffers will not protect you from sins of omission and commission. You will lose greatly if you keep following half steps compromising half faith half worldly.
That is Baptist nonsense.
Step out boldly now on Hidden Book see the paid religionist as political animals they are. Provide for the judgment against Alaska which refused to honor its own laws because of political dirty tricks. Christ proved to the Workers compensation board I was damaged by employer and I won hearing and they just refused to pay anyway because of political promises to Head of Compensation Department.
It is not what you know but who you know.
The Employer had high connection in politics to rob me and my family.
I have Highest Contact.
I will sell the story of the earthquake that could have been avoided for more than the fine Alaska must pay. Soon you will not be able to reach me. I will get back to you. But don't send a dime of aid north until the fine is in my hand. And it may be a few weeks before I can reach you. Have a nice day, love Enoch.

BUSH DECEIVES EVERYONE UNTIL THE END
Bush urges patience in economic crisis
By DEB RIECHMANN, Associated Press Writer Deb Riechmann, Associated Press Writer Sat Oct 25, 1:28 pm ET
WASHINGTON – Now is not the time for countries to abandon open market policies or make changes that would threaten free enterprise, President Bush said Saturday.
Bush used his weekly radio broadcast to address anxiety about the financial meltdown, which Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan told Congress this week had left him in a "state of shocked disbelief."
The president, who is hosting a meeting of world economic leaders on Nov. 15 in Washington, called for patience and expressed confidence the economy would eventually rebound. He called on the leaders at the summit to recommit themselves to the fundamentals of "long-term economic growth — free markets, free enterprise and free trade."
"And this moment of global economic uncertainty would be precisely the wrong time to reject such proven methods for creating prosperity and hope," he said.
Over the past few weeks, governments have taken unprecedented steps to thaw frozen credit markets and avert what economists predict could be a long recession. Still, stock markets around the world dove Friday and oil prices fell to their lowest in more than a year on rising fears that governments, central banks and finance ministers could be powerless to stop a global downturn.
The Dow Jones industrials ended the day down 312 points at the 8,378 level, while all the major indexes fell more than 3 percent. Major European exchanges that were down more than 10 percent during the day improved by closing time but still suffered losses as high as 5 percent. Asian stocks also closed sharply down. Russia's two exchanges were shut down early because of double-digit losses and officials said they wouldn't resume trading until Tuesday.
"Americans from all walks of life are continuing to feel the effects of the financial crisis," Bush said. "In recent weeks, concerns about the availability of credit, the safety of financial assets and the volatility of the stock market have made many families understandably anxious about their economic future."
He said steps the government has taken to stabilize the economy, such as the passage of a $700 billion plan to buy bad assets from banks and other institutions and enhanced federal guarantees of deposits, are beginning to show results.
"It will take time for their full impact to be felt," he said.
Bill Burton, spokesman for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, said the president's efforts on the economy have fallen short.
"After casting his ballot for John McCain," Burton said, "George Bush took to the airwaves and eloquently endorsed his economic plan that represents four more years of policies that give billions in tax breaks to CEOs and big corporations but does nothing to create jobs or provide relief to more than 100 million middle-class Americans."
Weapons Given to Iraq Are Missing
GAO Estimates 30% of Arms Are Unaccounted For

The Pentagon has lost track of about 190,000 AK-47 assault rifles and pistols given to Iraqi security forces in 2004 and 2005, according to a new government report, raising fears that some of those weapons have fallen into the hands of insurgents fighting U.S. forces in Iraq.
The author of the report from the Government Accountability Office says U.S. military officials do not know what happened to 30 percent of the weapons the United States distributed to Iraqi forces from 2004 through early this year as part of an effort to train and equip the troops. The highest previous estimate of unaccounted-for weapons was 14,000, in a report issued last year by the inspector general for Iraq reconstruction.
The United States has spent $19.2 billion trying to develop Iraqi security forces since 2003, the GAO said, including at least $2.8 billion to buy and deliver equipment. But the GAO said weapons distribution was haphazard and rushed and failed to follow established procedures, particularly from 2004 to 2005, when security training was led by Gen. David H. Petraeus, who now commands all U.S. forces in Iraq.
The Pentagon did not dispute the GAO findings, saying it has launched its own investigation and indicating it is working to improve tracking. Although controls have been tightened since 2005, the inability of the United States to track weapons with tools such as serial numbers makes it nearly impossible for the U.S. military to know whether it is battling an enemy equipped by American taxpayers.
"They really have no idea where they are," said Rachel Stohl, a senior analyst at the Center for Defense Information who has studied small-arms trade and received Pentagon briefings on the issue. "It likely means that the United States is unintentionally providing weapons to bad actors."
One senior Pentagon official acknowledged that some of the weapons probably are being used against U.S. forces. He cited the Iraqi brigade created at Fallujah that quickly dissolved in September 2004 and turned its weapons against the Americans.
Stohl said insurgents frequently use small-arms fire to force military convoys to move in a particular direction -- often toward roadside bombs. She noted that the Bush administration frequently complains that Iran and Syria are supplying insurgents but has paid little attention to whether U.S. military errors inadvertently play a role. "We know there is seepage and very little is being done to address the problem," she said.
Stohl noted that U.S. forces, focused on a fruitless search for weapons of mass destruction after Baghdad fell, did not secure massive weapons caches. The failure to track small arms given to Iraqi forces repeats that pattern of neglect, she added.
The GAO is studying the financing and weapons sources of insurgent groups, but that report will not be made public. "All of that information is classified," said Joseph A. Christoff, the GAO's director of international affairs and trade.
In an unusual move, the train-and-equip program for Iraqi forces is being managed by the Pentagon. Normally, the traditional security assistance programs are operated by the State Department, the GAO reported. The Defense Department said this change permitted greater flexibility, but as of last month it was unable to tell the GAO what accountability procedures, if any, apply to arms distributed to Iraqi forces, the report said.
Iraqi security forces were virtually nonexistent in early 2004, and in June of that year Petraeus was brought in to build them up. No central record of distributed equipment was kept for a year and a half, until December 2005, and even now the records are on a spreadsheet that requires three computer screens lined up side by side to view a single row, Christoff said.
The GAO found that the military was consistently unable to collect supporting documents to "confirm when the equipment was received, the quantities of equipment delivered, and the Iraqi units receiving the equipment." The agency also said there were "numerous mistakes due to incorrect manual entries" in the records that were maintained.
The GAO reached the estimate of 190,000 missing arms -- 110,000 AK-47s and 80,000 pistols -- by comparing the property records of the Multi-National Security Transition Command for Iraq against records Petraeus maintained of the arms and equipment he had ordered. Petraeus's figures were compared with classified data and other records to ensure that they were accurate enough to compare against the property books.
In all cases, the gaps between the two records were enormous. Petraeus reported that about 185,000 AK-47 rifles, 170,000 pistols, 215,000 pieces of body armor and 140,000 helmets were issued to Iraqi security forces from June 2004 through September 2005. But the property books contained records for 75,000 AK-47 rifles, 90,000 pistols, 80,000 pieces of body armor and 25,000 helmets.
A military commander involved in the program at the time, speaking on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the report, acknowledged in an e-mail, "We did issue some items, including weapons, body armor, etc. to new Iraqi units that were literally going into battle."
But, the commander argued, "there was, frankly, not much of a choice early on: We had very little staff and could have held the weapons until every piece of the logistical and property accountability system was in place, or we could issue them, in bulk on some occasions, to the U.S. elements supporting Iraqi units who were needed in the battles of Najaf, Fallujah, Mosul, Samarra, etc."
The GAO plans to look for similar problems in the training of Afghan security forces.
During the Bosnian conflict, the United States provided about $100 million in defense equipment to the Bosnian Federation Army, and the GAO found no problems in accounting for those weapons.
Much of the equipment provided to Iraqi troops, including the AK-47s, originates from countries in the former Soviet bloc. In a report last year, Amnesty International said that in 2004 and 2005 more than 350,000 AK-47 rifles and similar weapons were taken out of Bosnia and Serbia, for use in Iraq, by private contractors working for the Pentagon and with the approval of NATO and European security forces in Bosnia.
